A recent IT graduate, Chennai-based Tanvi Raman is getting a taste of the corporate world with her debut stint at Tata Consultancy Services. “I’m a true-blue Chennaite, except for my poor Tamil!” she jokes. 
After her hectic 10-7 work day, she prefers to unwind with her favourite sitcoms or by painting her nails. “I must paint my nails almost every third day. You could say nail art is my passion!” she exclaims. She’s not so fussy when it comes to her sartorial choices though—giving more importance to comfort and an abundance of black over seasonal trends. But this young corporista with a casual-flirty style sensibility is partial to statement necklaces and wedges to brighten up a mundane outfit. 
She sticks to her trusty black ensembles when headed for a night of revelry too. Which in her case is generally sipping wine at a swanky bar by the beach. “I normally turn to bright lipstick and a chunky neckpiece or statement earrings to complete my after hours looks,” she tells us.
